Human Services Finance Sub-Committee Minutes
DATE: November 9, 2009
- Meeting was called to order by Stoeckmann at 4:30 p.m., and it was determined that the meeting was in compliance with the open meeting laws.
- Present were Dippel, Alexander, Bowers and Stoeckmann. Staff present were Orth and Box.
- The motion to adopt the agenda was made by Alexander and seconded by Dippel.
- Motion to adopt the minutes for the prior month's meeting was made by Dippel, seconded by Bowers and carried.

- Business Items
- Review and Approve Month Vouchers: Box distributed and reviewed the Monthly Voucher Report. Several line items were explained. A motion to approve monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,488,453.69 by Bowers, seconded by Alexander and carried.
- Account Receivable Report: Box distributed and reviewed the September 2009 Accounts Receivable Report.
- Approval for Collection Requests: Approval needed to send 26 accounts to State Collections in the amount of $10,946.75. Motion by Bowers, seconded by Dippel. Approval needed to give State Collections authorization to pursue a lawsuit against an account in the amount of $2,005.10. Motion by Dippel, seconded by Alexander.
- Departmental Updates
- Monthly Reports: Box distributed and discussed the
September 2009 Volatile Line Report. She discussed those Volatile line items that are looking to end the year favorable and those not favorable.

- Adjournment - Motion to adjourn was made by Bowers, seconded by Alexander and carried. Meeting was adjourned at 4:46 p.m.
