The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to adopt the Amended Agenda. Tollaksen Amended the Motion second by Sinklair to move #8 Departmental Updates to #6. Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second by Halfen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried .
Judge James Evenson appeared to present the Circuit Court's 2010 proposed budget.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Circuit Court's Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $1,608.44. Motion Carried.
Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling's Monthly Report and 2010 proposed budget.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $4,020.00. Motion Carried.
Terry Radke appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report and 2010 proposed budget.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Clerk of Court's Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $29,728.30. Motion Carried.
James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Juvenile Clerk/Register In Probate's Monthly Report and 2010 proposed budget.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Register In Probate's Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $481.97. Motion Carried.
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management's Monthly Report and 2010 proposed budget.
Halfen made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Emergency Management's Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $1,613.16. Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's Monthly Report and 2010 proposed budget.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Child Support's Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $4,280.93 . Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst , Office Manager appeared to present the District Attorney's Monthly Report and 2010 proposed budget.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the District Attorney's Vouchers for July 2009 in the amount of $3,701.79 . Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Halfen to approve Amending Chapter 11 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances, Public Peace and Order and Chapter 20, Uniform Citation Ordinance. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation of Circuit Court Commissioner and Register In Probate and to reconvene immediately after.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Halfen to adjourn to September 8, 2009 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
