Discussion regarding GAL Billing took place. Judge Evenson and Clerk of Court Vicki Meister explained that The Clerk of Court will be developing a procedure to billing GAL Fees.
Judge Evenson appeared to present the Circuit Court's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Circuit Court's monthly vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $1,744.84. Motion Carried .
Leo Grill, Family Court Commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner Family Court Counseling's Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly Vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $592.50. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve Purchase Of Communications Equipment Through A Home land Security Grant Resolution. Motion Carried .
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Emergency Management's Vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $362.99. Motion Carried.
James Daniels, Register In Probate appeared to present the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve the Register In Probate's Vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $1,649.35. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Halfen to approve Purchase of Services Contract With Grant County Resolution. Motion Carried.
Tom Fandry, Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Child Support's Vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $4,039.97 . Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court's Vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $38,543.15. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Sinklair to go into closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation of Director Thomas Fandry and to reconvene in open session. Role Taken. Present: Stevens, Sinklair, Montgomery , Halfen, Tollaksen. Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst , Office Manager appeared to present the District Attorney's Monthly Report.
Halfen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney's Vouchers for November 2009 in the amount of $3,338.06 . Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Halfen to adjourn to January 12, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
