Continuing Business

  1. Discussion and possible approval of a draft Rail Corridor Memorandum of Agreement between the IOMC and Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation regarding rail corridor operations and management.
  2. Review of and possible approval of a draft Memorandum of Understanding among members of the IOMC and neighboring communities regarding the maintenance and preservation of the 3 pioneer cemeteries at BAAP.
  3. Creation of committees, per OMC By Laws, membership and commissioner participation.
  4. Review and possible further action to amend IOMC By Laws regarding committee membership.
  5. Discuss current status and potential impacts of the Grant of Easement by U.S. General Services Administration and the American Transmission Co.
New Business
  1. Discussion and possible action to ratify committee project priorities.
  2. Discussion of plans for Badger property sewer upgrade.
  3. Announcement of proposed amendments to the Badger IOMC By Laws.
    The Executive and Finance Committee of the Badger Interim Oversight Management Commission elected at its March 21, 2009 meeting to introduce the following amendment to the Commission ByLaws, per the requirements of the ByLaws for making amendments.

    Article VI, Section 1 (b) Ad Hoc Committees. Other committees may be established by the Commission and may be comprised of members of the Committee and stakeholder members.
  4. Review and possible action to amend IOMC By Laws regarding committee membership.
