ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Doug Hill, (SP-01-09), a variance to authorize an addition to a shed as built within the minimum road setback. The property is described as: E13828 County Road DL, lot 1 CSM 3872, part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 23, T11N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
    2. Ron Silverthorn, (SP-02-09), a special exception permit to authorize modification of a filling and grading permit granted in 2005 . The property is described as: E13981 County Road DL, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 26, T11N, R7E, Merrimac.
    3. U. S. Cellular, (SP-03-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a proposed cellular communication tower. The property is described as S590 Oak Hill Rd., part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 10, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona.
    4. T & T Earthworks, (SP-04-09), a special exception permit to renew a permit granted in 2002 for a mineral extraction site. The property is described as: part of the SW ¼, NW ¼ and part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 9, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
