- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- The Kraemer Co. LLC., (SP-05-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal of a permit for a mineral extraction site and an expansion of the site. The property is described as: part of the NE ¼, and part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 29, T10N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac.
- Robert Luck & Martha Sumi, (SP-06-09), a special exception permit to authorize the filling and grading on slopes of more than 20 % within 300 feet of Lake Wisconsin. The property is described as: S7764 Eagle Point Dr., lot 29 of Eagle Point, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 5, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
- Lillian Hagi, (SP-07-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal of a permit to operate a junkyard. The property is described as: E8522 County Road P, part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona.
- Harlen Olson, (SP-08-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 300 feet of Lake Redstone. The property is described as: lot 16 Chickadee addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 14, T 13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
