ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Walter Johnson, (SP-11-09), a special exception permit to authorize the sale of mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, automobiles and trucks. The property is described as: S3915 U. S. Highway 12, lot 1 CSM 1920, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 21, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo.
    2. Carol Clement-Stanton, (SP-12-09), a special exception permit to renew a permit issued for a proposed campground. The property is described as: part of the E ½, NE ¼, section 22, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona.
    3. Lake Redstone Protection District & the Town of La Valle, (SP-13-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of Lake Redstone. The property is described as: lot 10 and the public access between lots 10 & 11, Mourning Dove addition to Lake Redstone part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 14, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
    4. Norbert Meunier, (SP-14-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a proposed fish farm. The property is described as: S6234 County Road PF, lot 1 CSM 4265, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 21, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom.
    5. St. Vincent de Paul Society, (SP-15-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a proposed charitable or philanthropic institution. A multifamily rehabilitation facility. The property is described as: S8345 Old Bluff Rd., part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 15, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter.
    6. Terry Hanson, (SP-16-09), a special exception permit to authorize a limited short term mineral extraction site to supply material for Highway 78. The property is described as: S8897 State Road 78, part of the S ½, SW ¼, section 24, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter.
    7. Relyco Inc., (SP-17-09), a special exception permit to authorize a mineral extraction site (in excess of five acres) to supply fill material for Highway 78. The property is describes as: S8897 State Road 78, part of the S ½, SW ¼, section 24, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
