ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
2. Approval of agenda.
3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
4. Communications.
5. Election of officers of the Sauk County Board of Adjustment.
6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   1. Milestone Materials, (SP-24-09), a special exception permit to authorize the
      renewal and change of ownership of various mineral extraction sites. The property
      is describer as: part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 22 and part of the NW ¼, and the
      NW ¼, SW ¼, section 23, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo.
   2. The Kraemer Co., (SP-25-09), a special exception permit to authorize the
      expansion of a mineral extraction site. The property is described as: part of the
      NW ¼, SW ¼, section 6, T10N, R4E, Town of Franklin.
7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
8. Adjournment.
