- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- Roecker Family Land, LLC, (SP-34-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of an agricultural related business. The property is described as: S5892 Center Valley Rd., lot 1 CSM 1232, part of the N ½, SE ¼, section 16, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield.
- Tim & Gail Carson, (SP-35-09), a variance to authorize the location of a proposed addition to an existing tavern. The property is described as: S7979 State Road 23, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 27, T10N, R4E, Town of Franklin.
- Morris Moseman, (SP-36-09), a special exception permit to authorize the location of three proposed ponds. The property is described as: part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 17 and part of the S ½, SW ¼, section 20, T9N, R5E, Town of Troy.
- Brian Barritt & Jennifer Scarpaci, (SP-37-09), a variance to authorize a residence as built, within the minimum road setback. The property is described as: E11631 Pen-Marc Ct. Lot 12 Glacial Basin, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 11, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo.
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
