- LL JBP, LLC, (SP-38-09), a special exception permit to authorize the renewal and expansion of a contractors storage yard. The property is described as: lot 2 CSM 4406, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 15 and lot1 CSM 5472, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
- Dan & Brenda Gussick, (SP-39-09), a special exception permit to authorize the filling & grading on slopes of more than 20% while constructing an addition to a residence. The property is described as: E4424 W. Redstone Dr., lot 32 Bluebird addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.

- Donald Jackson & Beverlee Nelson, a variance to allow the replacement of a boathouse and a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the shoreland district. The property is described as: S7622 Walleye Ln., lot 70 second addition to Lazy Acres, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 4, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
