  6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Shifflet Investments, LLC (SP-44-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading to complete the landscaping for a proposed restaurant, bar and banquet facility. The property is described as: S13220 Shifflet Rd., lot 1 CSM 5523, part of the SE ¼, section 13 and , part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 18, T8N, R3 & 4E, Town of Spring Green.
    2. James Abbey, Marion Abbey Revoc. Living Trust (SP-45-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes more than 20%. The property is described as: tax parcels 026-0784 & 026-0754-1, located in the NW1/4, SE1/4, Section 36, T11N, R7E, lots 3 & 44 Camp Lake Wisconsin, Town of Merrimac.
    3. Daniel Heffron, (SP-46-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes more than 20 %. The property is described as: tax parcel 026-0754, located in the NW1/4, SE1/4, Section 36, T11N, R7E, lots 1 & 2 Camp Lake Wisconsin, Town of Merrimac.
    4. Ashok Bhatia, (SP-47-09), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes more than 20%. The property is described as: E13295 Sue Kay Drive, tax parcels 026-0971, located in the NE1/4, NE1/4, Section 9, T10N, R7E, lot 3 Hickory Hills subdivision, Town of Merrimac.
  7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
