Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 3-acre more or less residential lot in in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 4, T.10N.-R.4E, Town of Franklin, Sauk County by William & Ruth Oetzman in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    10. Discussion and possible action on the boathouse language in Ch. 8 the Shoreland Protection Ordinance of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    11. Discussion and possible action on Baraboo Range Protection Program resolutions for the following properties: Thomas Cummings property in the Town of Baraboo; James Halbach property in the Town of Freedom; Darrell Klingenmeyer, et al property in the Town of Freedom; Richard Heinzen property in the Town of Freedom; Ken and Carla Cady property in the Town of Greenfield.
