    4. Discussion and possible action on a petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Reedsburg, County of Sauk, Wisconsin, from Exclusive Agriculture to Agriculture. Lands owned by David and Janey Pace. Lands to be affected by the proposed rezone include a parcel of land located in the NE ¼ - SW ¼ Section 24, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin also described as CSM 4681 Lot 1. Area to be rezoned contains 5.00 acres more or less.
    5. Discussion and possible action on a petition to rezone lands from an Agricultural to a Recreational Commercial Zoning District to allow for the establishment of an equine facility and related/incidental activities. A request by Plum Valley Investments, LLC c/o Richard Schlough. Lands to be affected by the proposed rezone are located in Section 2, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Said parcel to be rezoned contains 5 acres more or less.
    6. Discussion the Baraboo Range Protection Program funding and Purchase of Development Rights - County Appropriation Account
    7. Possible closed session pursuant to 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.     8. Review proposed changes to chapter 7 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances in regards to sawmills, signs and camping.
    9. Discussion and review of materials regarding the development of a wind tower/alternative energy ordinance.
    10. Discussion and possible action on Big Hollow Cemetery Plat - Bear Creek Township
