The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 9:00 a.m.
The agenda was approved on a motion by Bruner, second by Schluter. Motion carried.
Motion by Bruner, second by LaRowe, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Motion by Stevens, second by LaRowe to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations." Discussion of Flood Relief Small Business loans. Motion carried: Ayes: Bychinski, Stevens, Alibrando, LaRowe, Bruner, Schluter, Fleming; Nayes: none.
Motion by Stevens, second by LaRowe to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
Forward loan recommendations for the Flood Relief Small Business Loans to the County Board:
Motion by Bruner, second by LaRowe: Corner Express - Barbara Mueller $20,000. Motion carried.
Motion by Bruner, second by Schluter: Delton Oaks Resort - Kathleen Pettit $20,000. Motion carried.
Motion by LaRowe, second by Alibrando: Glenville Timberwrights Inc - Thomas Holmes $20,000. Motion carried.
Motion by Stevens, second by Bruner: Lake Delton Water Sports Inc - Steven Zowin $20, 000. Motion carried.
Motion by Fleming, second by Stevens to deny funding for Baraboo Country Club. Motion carried.
Motion by Schluter, second by Stevens to deny funding for Thompson Plumbing Inc. Motion carried.
Motion by LaRowe, second by Alibrando to deny funding for Roemer Printing Inc. Motion carried.
