NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Sauk County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on January 27, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider:

1. Petition 14-2021. Granting of a special exception permit pursuant to s. 7.036(5)(i) to authorize the operation of a lodging house. This property is located on real estate described as: E11604A Park Road, Section 14, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, as further described in Petition 14-2021.  Tax parcel 002-0393-00000, owned by Devils Lake Crossing LLC.
