Immunizations are provided to children and adults. Vaccines available include:

  • COVID-19
  • DTaP
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Hib
  • HPV
  • Influenza (Flu Vaccine)
  • Meningococcal
  • MMR
  • Pneumococcal
  • Polio
  • Rotavirus
  • Tdap
  • Tetanus
  • Varicella

Get Your Shots, Sauk!

Public Health Sauk County will be offering routine immunizations by appointment. Call 608-355-3290 to set up your appointment (an appointment is required!) and bring past immunization records with you. A parent or guardian’s written consent is required for all children under 18 years.

Public Health Sauk County can provide, at no cost, many of the recommended immunizations to the following groups of people:

Adults:

  • With no health insurance
  • With health insurance that has a deductible or copay for immunizations
  • Alaska Native or American Indian

Children (18 years and younger):

  • Who qualify for Badgercare
  • With no health insurance
  • Alaska Native or American Indian
