Justice, Diversion, and Support

Sauk County Justice, Diversion, and Support consists of four active programs, Adult Treatment Court, Diversion, Supervision Agreement Program, Recovery Support Network, and Educational Navigator Program.

Do you know someone who has pending criminal charges due to their addiction to drugs or alcohol? They may be appropriate for Adult Treatment Court.

The Diversion Supervision Agreement Program is a program that targets individuals who are new to the criminal justice system, who may be looking at their first felony, or those with a gap in their criminal history and have criminal behavior that is linked to their substance use. It is a program that the referral comes from the District Attorney's Office.

Do you know someone that is struggling with addiction and needs more support? Check out Recovery Support Network Program.

Have you or someone you know been involved with the criminal justice system and need help getting a GED/HSED? Please contact Sasha Ripley for information @ sasha.ripley@saukcountywi.gov.

Do you want to speak with someone referencing any of these programs? Contact the main office @ 608-355-4885. Email questions to: atcreferrals@saukcountywi.gov
