Property Tax Info (ALRS)

All property assessment and tax information may be found on our "Ascent Land Records System (ALRS)" site.  Scroll down to "Supporting Documents" to find the instructions and under "Web Links" you will click on "ALRS" to get to the search screens.

It is highly recommended that this portal be accessed using Google Chrome Version 30 or newer web browser. Certain features and functions may not perform correctly in previous or later versions of Internet Explorer or other web browsers, and, although these browsers may be used, their behavior or support will not be guaranteed.

The "Help ?" button located in the upper right hand corner on the Ascent Land Records System's home page has a lot of great information available, including help in navigating the site and providing definitions of commonly used terminology. Please note that certain content in the help area is not available to Sauk County. These were specially added in other counties that utilize this tax/assessment content. The features that ARE NOT AVAILABLE for Sauk County users are: Viewing Sales History and Viewing Permit Information.
