TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on August 30, 2018 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a variance pursuant to s.8.010 to authorize the proposed construction of a single family residence in excess of the maximum permitted height. This property is located in the Shoreland Protection zoning district, on real estate described as; Condo Units 9 & 10 of the 13th Addendum to Lake View Estates, part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcels 026-1281-00000 and 026-1282-00000, owned by Martin Liebert.
