PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on February 22, 2018 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Requesting an appeal of agency decision on a conditional use permit for a wood fabrication business issued by the Sauk County Conservation, Planning, and Zoning Committee pursuant to s. 7.151(7). This property is located in the agricultural zoning district, on real estate described as S3530 Chapel Rd., part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 4, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0440-00000, owned by Samuel Borntrager.
