PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on January 25, 2018 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

Granting of a variance pursuant to s.7.094(9)(c) to authorize the location of an existing accessory building within the minimum required sideyard setback. This property is located in the  Agricultural zoning district, on real estate described as; E4105 Rocky Circle Rd., part of the NW ¼, NW ¼, section 2, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, tax parcel 004-0392-00000, owned by Nelson Yoder.
