TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Sauk, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on November 17, 2022 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room in the Sauk County West Square Building, Baraboo, Wisconsin, relative to a proposal to vary or apply the terms of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:

SP-22-22. A petition to consider a variance request pursuant to s. 8.011(2) of the Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance to reduce the shoreland setback to 0’ for a driveway to access the property.

The variance request is associated with land described as Lot 1 of CSM #5295, in the N ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 30, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, Town of Winfield, tax parcel 042-0670-00000, owned by Jenna and Cole Clark.
