“Now therefore be it resolved, by the Sauk County Board of supervisors, met in regular session, that the Sauk County classification and compensation plan for the non-represented employees be increased by 1% $0.25 per hour effective January 1, 2018. The $0.25 per hour increase accounts for about $355,524 of the $915,524 projected increase in wages and benefits which is slightly higher than the $906,064 shown in the fiscal note below. The remaining $560,000 increase in wages and benefits shown in the fiscal note below are projected to occur with or without a $0.25 per hour increase due to merit and longevity pay provisions via the existing Sauk County classification and compensation plan.”
