  1. The meeting was called to order to 12:07 p.m.  Certification of Open Meeting compliance was given.

     

  2. Motion by Warwick, second by Dolch, to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

     

  3. Motion by Dolch, second by Werner, to approve previous minutes. Motion carried.
