6.         Public hearing: To begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.)

a.  Discussion and possible action on petition #19-2016, granting of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) pursuant to Subchapter XI Mobile Tower Siting of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance to authorize the location of a new wireless cell phone/internet tower. This property is located in Section 32, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, owned by Elaine Mortimer c/o Cloud 1 LLC.

b.  Discussion and possible action on Petition #1-2016, Ordinance Amendment, a petition to amend Chapter 9, Sauk County Floodplain Zoning Ordinance.

c.  Discussion and possible action on Petition #2-2016 Ordinance Amendment, a petition to repeal and recreate Chapter 8, Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance.

7.         Discussion and possible action on approval of Appendix B, updates to the Chapter 20, Sauk County Code of Ordinances, Uniform Citation Ordinance.

8.         Administrative Coordinator’s Report

9.         Next meeting dates- Thursday September 8^th and Tuesday, September 27^th, 2016.

10.       Adjournment.
