1.         Call to order and certify compliance with open meetings law.

3.         Adopt minutes of previous meeting – September 8, 2016.

6.         Land Records Modernization

       a.  Department report and updates

            b.  Review and approval of vouchers

            c.  Consideration and approval of travel in excess of 300 miles for staff members to attend ESRI User Conference in San Diego July 10-14, 2017.

7.         Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit for a Planned Rural Development (PRD) lot for Barry Holloway located in Section 29, T12N R7E, Town of Greenfield, Sauk County pursuant to Subchapter IX, of the Sauk County Zoning Code of Ordinance.

8.         Public hearing: To begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.)

            a.  Discussion and possible action on petition #3-2016, a rezone from a Recreation Commercial Zoning District to an Agricultural Zoning District, Section 35, T.13N, R.5E, Town of Dellona by William Beck.

            b.  Discussion and possible action on petition #4-2016, a rezone from a Resource Conservancy Zoning District to a Single Family Residential Zoning District, Section 11, T.8N, R.3E, Town of Spring Green by Jeff Maier.

9.         Next meeting dates- Thursday October 13^th and Tuesday, October 25^th, 2016.
