8. Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit for a Planned Rural Development (PRD) lot for Gary and Diane Connor, located in Section 7, T9N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, Sauk County, pursuant to Chap 7 Subchapter IX, of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances
9. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. or soon thereafter. Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of the respective hearing.
a. Petition 04-2020: A petition from Bug Tussel Wireless to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s. 7.038(9)(i) for a mobile tower siting on land owned by St. Patrick’s Estates. Said conditional use is located in the located in the N ½, of the SW ¼, Section 14, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek. Tax parcel identification numbers 004-0595-00000 and 004-0593-00000.
b. Petition 05-2020. A petition from Bug Tussel Wireless to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.038(9)(i) for a mobile tower siting on land owned by Beth Goethel & Betsy Watkins. Said conditional use is located in the SW ¼, NE ¼, Section 14, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield. Tax parcel identification number 018-0417-00000.
c. Petition 06-2020. A petition from Kingdom Storage, LLC to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(4)(d) for mini-warehousing on land owned by Bluffview Center of Hope. Said conditional use is located in the E ½, SW ¼, Section 3, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter. Tax parcel identification number 034-0779-00000.
d. Petition 07-2020. A petition from Tim & Debra Jackson to consider a rezone from an Agriculture district to a Commercial district for future commercial businesses on land owned by from the Jackson’s pursuant to s7.051. Said rezone is located in the NW 1/4, NE ¼, Section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of LaValle. Tax parcel identification numbers 024-0300-00000 and 024-0302-00000.
e. Petition 08-2020. A petition from Paul Coblentz to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(3)(i) for a wood fabrication business on property he will own. Said conditional use is located in the NE ¼, NE ¼, Section 23, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek. Tax parcel identification number 004-0781-00000.
f. Petition 09-2020. A petition from David Schrock to consider a rezone from an Exclusive Agriculture district to an Agriculture district and conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(3)(i) for a wood fabrication business. land owned by David Schrock. Said conditional use is located in the NE ¼, NE ¼, Section 33, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton. Tax parcel identification number 022-0719-00000 and 022-0719-10100.
g. Petition 10-2020. A petition from Ivan Helmuth to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(3)(i) for a wood fabrication business on property owned by John Yoder. Said conditional use is located in the NE ¼, SW ¼, Section 36, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland. Tax parcel identification number 044-0730-12000.
h. Petition 11-2020. A petition from Bug Tussel Wireless to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(9)(i) for a mobile tower siting on property owned by Ronald Chruchill. Said conditional use is located in the NE ¼, NE ¼, Section 21, T13N, R4E, Town of Winfield. Tax parcel identification number 042-0429-00000, 042-0429-10000 and 042-0348-00000.
i. Petition 12-2020. A petition from Randall & Arlene Carver to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.037(4)(h) for a multi-family dwelling owed by the Carver’s. Said conditional use is located in the SE ¼, NE ¼, Section 10, T8N, R3E, Town of Spring Green. Tax parcel identification number 032-0512-00000.
