NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on October 26, 2021, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider:

1.            Petition 23-2021 Conditional Use.  A petition to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s7.040(4)(d) for Warehousing, self-storage facility, or mini-warehousing and s7.039(7)(d) Retail establishment, outdoor.  Said conditional use is located in the Town of Baraboo, Sauk County.

              Land affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the NE ¼, SE ¼, Section 3, T11N, R6E in the Town of Baraboo, and as further descried in Petition 23-2021.  Tax parcel identification number 002-0082-00000.  For additional information, contact Tate Hillmann @ (608) 355-4833.

Any person desiring more information or to request a map of the proposed rezone/conditional use may contact the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Office staff member noted under each petition.

Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.
