NOTICE

 

 

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on March 24, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

 

I.    A.    Petition 08-2020. A petition from Paul Coblentz to consider a conditional use permit pursuant to s. 7.040(3)(i) for a wood fabrication business on property he will own.  Said conditional use is located in the Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County. 

 

            Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the NE¼, of the NE¼, Section 23, T10N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, and as further described in Petition 08-2020. Tax parcel identification numbers 004-0781-00000.

 

Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

 

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed conditional use is to permit a new wood fabrication business.
