NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on August 27, 2019, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

I.    A.    Petition 12-2019 A petition to consider a conditional use permits pursuant to s.7.036(2)(e) Campground and s.7.036(6)(e)  Resort. Said conditional use is located in the Town of LaValle, Sauk County, Wisconsin.

      Land to be affected by the proposed conditional use are located in Section 6, T13N, R3E, Town of LaValle and further described in Petition 12-2019. 

Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring, will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed conditional uses is to expand the existing campground and related uses. 

      B.    Any person desiring more information or to request a map of the proposed conditional use permit may contact the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Office, Will Christensen at the Sauk County West Square Building (Telephone 608-355-4831 phone)
