NOTICE

 

 

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Land Resources and Environment Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on December 29, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Board Room at the Sauk County West Square Building in the City of Baraboo to consider: 

 

I.    A.    Petition 31-2020. A petition from Ryan and Suzanne McKichan to consider a conditional use permit for an Equine Veterinary Clinic, pursuant to s. 7.039(1) on land owned by Ryan and Suzanne McKichan.  Said existing conditional use is located in the Town of Dellona, Sauk County. 

 

            Lands affected by the proposed conditional use are located in the NW¼, of the NW¼, Section 26, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, and as further described in Petition 31-2020. Tax parcel identification number 006-0559-00000.

 

  1. Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions on the matter before the Committee.

 

II.   A.    The purpose of the proposed expansion to a conditional use is to allow for an the construction and use of an Equine Veterinary Clinic.

                             

      B.    Any person desiring more information or to request a map of the proposed conditional use may contact the Sauk County Land Resources and Environment Office, Gina Templin-Steward at the Sauk County West Square Building (Telephone (608) 355-4835).
