10. How does Sauk County compare with the average county in the US for % of inmates in the pre-trial, pre-sentence category? 
11. What does La Crosse County include their CJCC program and what data do they collect about their CJCC programs that are like ours and arrange a conference call or meeting with La Crosse county to find out.
