Members absent: Jay Englund, Ryan Ramnarace, Annette Kuhlmann, Leonie Dolch, Ellen Allen, Bryan Basham, and Judge Klicko

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:32 p.m. Motion by Pettersen, second by Screnock to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting tabled until next meeting.

Discussion: NACO, ask counties to recognize presence of people with mental health in jail and make efforts to reduce
Standing and Sub-Committee Updates:
a. Adult Justice Systems – Chaired by Strunz: no meeting, next is 2/7/18
b. Treatment Court Subcommittee – Chaired by Judge Screnock; invited Health Department, moving forward with OWI court. First OWI participant starts 2/2/18.
Motion to add representative from Public Health Department to the Treatment Court Committee by Calkins, second by Reynolds. Motion carried.
c. CCR/SAR Team – Rick Spoentgen: Joint finance approved six months influx with membership looking to recruit
d. Juvenile Justice Systems – Chaired by Bindl: have not met since last CJCC meeting, next meeting is 1/31/18
e. System Mapping – Chaired by Kuhlmann: Couldn’t meet this month
f. Data Collection – Chaired by Krueger: no meeting, next is 2/21/18
