The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 6:30 p.m. The agenda was approved on a motion by Wenzel, second by Fordham. Motion carried.

Introductions
Craig Culver welcomed the meeting participants. Presenters J. Koskinen and M. O’Connell were introduced by Chair Krueger. Participants introduced themselves.
Business Items
M. Krueger provided a background on the intergovernmental meetings and the benefit they have provided to the governmental units in Sauk County.
J. Koskinen made a presentation on Wisconsin’s Economy and the Public Mood. Focus on State and Baraboo Micropolitan.
M. O’Connell presented on Current Issues and Trends for Local Government. Focus on demographics and the implications of such.
Representative Ripp, Representative Clark and Senator Schultz made brief presentations and provided closing comments.
Motion by Wenzel, second by Bach, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
