Executive & Legislative Committee

Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

Sauk County West Square Building, Room 213, 505 Broadway, Baraboo WI

 

Members Present:  Vedro, Hambrecht, Czuprynko, Kriegl and Riek

Members Absent:   

County Personnel:  Jeff Jelinek, Emergency Management; Becky Evert, Sauk County Clerk; Daniel Olson, Corporation Counsel and Alene Kleczek Bolin, Administrative Coordinator   

County Personnel Absent:  Steve Pate, MIS Director                            

Others Present:   

 

Chair Vedro called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. and compliance with the open meeting law was verified.

 

MOTION (Czuprynko/Riek) to adopt the agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

 

Public Comment:  None.

 

Communications:  None.

 

Jeff Jelinek, Emergency Management:

a)  Presentation of 2020 Budget.

Jelinek presented the Preliminary 2020 Budget for his department.

 

Steve Pate, MIS Department:

a)  Presentation of 2020 Budget.

Kleczek Bolin presented the Preliminary 2020 Budget for the department. 

 

Becky Evert, Sauk County Clerk:

a)  Presentation of 2020 Budget.

Evert presented the Preliminary 2020 Budget for her department.

 

Daniel Olson, Corporation Counsel Department: 

a)  Presentation of 2020 Budget. 

Olson presented the Preliminary 2020 Budget for his department.

 

Alene Kleczek Bolin, Administrative Coordinator:

a)  Presentation of 2020 Budget.

Kleczek Bolin presented the Preliminary 2020 Budget for her department.

 

Consideration of Resolution Approving Contract with Granicus for Closed Captioning Committee and County Board Meetings:  MOTION (Hambrecht/Riek) to approve the resolution and forward to the July 16, 2019 county board meeting for approval.  VOTE:  AYES (4)  Vedro, Hambrecht, Kriegl and Riek.  NAYS (1) Czuprynko.  Motion carried. 

 

MOTION (Czuprynko/Kriegl) to adjourn.  Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:44 p.m.
