   a.  Review and Approval of Vouchers.

Motion by Fish, seconded by Peper to approve February 2016 vouchers in the amount of $ 9,147.41.

   b.  Review Committee Budget Report.

   c.  Approve Mounds Down Four Event Permit.

Motion by Fish, seconded by Netzinger to approve Mounds Down Four Event Permit.

Motion carried.

   d.  Approve Annual Agreement Between the Sauk County Parks Department and the Town of La Valle.

Increased payment from $2,000 to $2,500.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to approve Annual Agreement between the Sauk County Parks Department and the Town of La Valle.

   e.  Consider Resolution Authorizing Participation in the State of Wisconsin Outdoor Motorized Trail Aids Program.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to approve Resolution Authorizing Participation in the State of Wisconsin Outdoor Motorized Trail Aids Program.

   f.  Consider Resolution Authorizing the Sauk County Veterans Service Office to Issue Park Passes to Disabled Veterans, on Behalf of the County Parks Director.

Motion by Fish, seconded by Kast to approve Resolution Authorizing the Sauk County Veterans Service Office to Issue Park Passed to Disabled Veterans, on behalf of the County Parks Director.

   g.  Authorize Daily Park Passes for People 60+ through the ADRC, celebrating Older Americans Month “Blaze A Trail” in May of 2016.

Free passes for four Wednesdays in May.

Motion by Kast, seconded by Netzinger to approve authorizing Daily Park Passes for People 60+ through the ADRC, celebrating Older Americans Month “Blaze A Trail” in May of 2016.

   h.  Discuss Sauk County Owned Dams.

Matt Stieve gave update.

   i.  Approve Contract with Timberline Construction to do Mowing and Cutting Maintenance on the Sauk County Dams.

More maintenance has to be done. Six dams includes trees and stumps.

Motion by Kast, seconded by Fish to approve contract with Timberline Construction to do mowing and cutting maintenance on the Sauk County dams.

   j.  Review Parks Department Annual Report.

   k.  Approve Continuing Appropriations/Carry Forwards for the Sauk County Parks Department.

   l.  Update on the Great Sauk State Trail.

Marty Krueger updated Committee that WSOR hired an engineering firm.

$17 million to replace sections of bridge, 100 year life span and load rating stays the same.

   m.  Discuss Park Office Plans Prepared by Hartje Lumber.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to put this out as a design build bid process. Bring back to Committee with companies submitting plans similar to Matt Stieve’s.

7.  Department: Highway

   a.  Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Wi. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) Considering Employment, Promotion, Compensation or Performance Evaluation Data of any Public Employee over which the Governmental Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility. Performance Evaluation of Highway Commissioner.

Tabled until April meeting.

   d.  Open Bids for One (1) 14 Yd. Dump Body with AVL/GPS System and Prewet System at 9:30 a.m.

3 Bids were received for one (1) 14 yd. dump body with AVL/GPS System and Prewet System.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to award Monroe Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) 14 yd. dump body with AVL/GPS System and Prewet System in the amount of $ 28,466.00.

   e.  Open Bids for One (1) 14 Yd. Dump Body at 9:30 a.m.

3 Bids were received for one (1) 14 yd. dump body.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to award Monroe Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) 14 yd. dump body in the amount of $ 23,382.00.

   f.  Open Bids for Two (2) Snow Plows and Three (3) Snow Plow Wings at 9:30 a.m.

3 Bids were received for two (2) snow plows and three (3) snow plow wings.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Netzinger to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for two (2) snow plows in the amount of $ 12,750.00.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to award Universal Truck Equipment the bid for three (3) snow plow wings in the amount of $ 18,075.00.

   g.  Open Bids for One (1) 16 Ft. V-Box Spreader at 9:30 a.m.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Kast to award Monroe Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) 16 Ft. V-Box Spreader in the amount of $ 13,130.00.

   h.  Open Bids for One (1) Under-Tailgate Type Spreader at 9:30 a.m.

Motion by Netzinger, seconded by Peper to award Madison Truck Equipment the bid for one (1) Under-Tailgate Spreader in the amount of $ 3,915.00.

   i.  Review 2015 Annual Report.

   j.  Review and Approve Request by Sauk Ridge Runners ATV Club for ATV/UTV Routes on County Highway Sections.

Dick Fish will be back in April to get an Ordinance/Resolution approved. Steve Muchow will follow-up with Corp. Counsel.

   k.  Review and Approve Caterpillar Governmental Buy Back Program for Dozers, Skid Loaders, Backhoes, Loaders and Graders.

Motion by Peper, seconded by Kast to approve the purchase of the following equipment on the Caterpillar Buy Back Program:

Two (2) CAT 279D Compact Track Loaders for $ 22,000.00 after trade, one (1) CAT 926M Loaders for $ 19,000.00 after trade, one (1) CAT 926M for $ 19,000.00 after trade, two (2) CAT 938M Loaders for $ 12,000.00 after trade, one (1) CAT 950M Wheel Loader for $ 24,000.00 after trade, one (1) CAT D6K Track Type Tractor for $ 25,000.00 after trade, one (1) CAT 316EL Excavator for $ 29,500.00 after trade.

   m.  Discuss Baraboo Storage Building Project

Sprinkler system bids are out. After this he will be requesting bids for heater system.
