1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Dave Riek.
Present: Peper, Bychinski, Berlin, Lins, Riek, Gavinski, Stieve, Neumann, Richard Fish, Marty Krueger, Robert Spencer, Laurie Hasenbalg, Russell Hasenbalg, and Don Fleming.
Absent: None.
2. Adopt Agenda.
Motion by Bychinski to move Item #6 to the first agenda item, seconded by Berlin.
Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting.
Motion by Lins, seconded by Berlin.
Motion carried.

a. Update from Economic Development Committee.
Airport Report.
Lins gave an update.
b. Great Sauk State Trail Update.
P Gavinski updated committee – ½ mile of base to finish. Scott’s Construction hopes to come next week to pave. M Krueger updated Committee on the stewardship grant that was approved for $200,000.

Motion by Lins, seconded by Bychinski to approve September 2018 vouchers for the total amount of $93,647.53.

M Stieve updated Committee on Hemlock Dam issues, will need to be looked at for replacement in the next 5-10 years.

c. Review Parks Department Monthly Financial Report.
M Stieve gave an update.

d. Consideration of Resolution Authorizing Participation in the County Conservation Aids Grant Program.
Motion by Bychinski, seconded by Berlin.

Discussion only. M Stieve will recommend changes discussed to take to Corporation Counsel and bring back to Highway Committee in November.
