The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for February 2015 in the total amount of $888.35.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for February 2015 in the amount of $690.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for February 2015 in the amount $411.10.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for February 2015 in the amount of $1,831.42.  Motion Carried.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for February 2015 in the amount of $8,906.37.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for February 2015 in the amount of $1,015.26.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to support the resolution Crime Victims’ Rights Week Proclamation.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to adjourn to April 14, 2015 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
