PRESENT: Dent, Moore, Wenzel, Deitrich, Lehman, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Neumann, Fandry

 

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent, to approve/forward travel request in excess of 300 miles for One Child Support Agency Staff Member to attend the 2016 National Child Support Enforcement Agency Leadership Symposium in New Orleans, LA from July 31-August 3.  Motion Carried.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich, to approve/forward the resolution Commending Donna Taapken for Over 17 years of Faithful Service to the People of Sauk County.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $1299.30 and January 2016 in the amount of $395.87.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $75.00 and January 2016 in the amount of $515.00.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $1196.00 and January 2016 in the amount of $9.58.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Child Support Agency’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $262.75 and January 2016 in the amount of $1264.55.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $21404.80 and January 2016 in the amount of $3025.34.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and Annual Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Moore to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for December 2015 in the amount of $69.37 and January 2016 in the amount of $329.30.  Motion Carried.

 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to adjourn to March 8, 2016, at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
