PRESENT: Dent, Moore, Wenzel, Deitrich, Lehman, Grill, Daniels, Meister, Neumann, Fandry

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Moore made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried. 

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for February 2016 in the amount of $885.96.  Motion Carried.

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

Moore made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for February 2016 in the amount of $1467.92.  Motion Carried.

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

Lehman made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for February 2016 in the amount of $874.02.  Motion Carried.

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly Report.

Dent made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Child Support Agency’s monthly vouchers for February 2016 in the amount of $2336.29.  Motion Carried.

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for February 2016 in the amount of $25770.89.  Motion Carried.

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for February 2016 in the amount of $1650.89.  Motion Carried.

Lehman made a motion, second by Dent to approve forwarding the resolution Crime Victims’ Rights Week Proclamation.  Motion Carried.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Dent to adjourn to April 12, 2016, at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
