The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Johnson to adopt the Agenda.   Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Moore to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Circuit Court’s monthly vouchers for September  2014 in the amount of $1059.31.  Motion Carried.

 

Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report.

 

Dent made a motion, second by Moore to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly vouchers for September 2014 in the amount of $3702.97.  Motion Carried.

 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report.

 

Johnson made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s monthly vouchers for September 2014 in the amount $181.98.  Motion Carried.

 

Tom Fandry appeared to present the Child Supports’ Monthly Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Child Supports’ monthly vouchers for September 2014 in the amount of $1,789.73.  Motion Carried.

 

Vicki Meister appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s Monthly Report.

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Dent to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly vouchers for Dent 2014 in the amount of $24,365.17.  Motion Carried.

 

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report.

 

Moore made a motion, second by Johnson to approve the District Attorney’s monthly vouchers for September 2014 in the amount of $560.00.  Motion Carried.

 

 

Lehman made a motion, second by Moore to adjourn to November 10, 2014 at 8:15 am.  Motion Carried.
