The meeting was called to order, properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Kriegl to adopt the Amended Agenda.   Motion Carried.  

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Lehman to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.  Motion Carried.

Discussion of legal opinion regarding policy decision making for CJCC.  Kriegl made a motion, second by Czuprynko to forward the issue to the Ad Hoc Committee.  Motion Carried.

Discussion of building security as a strategic issue.

Deitrich made a motion, second by Czuprynko to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers for March 2017 in the amount of $883.26.  Motion Carried. 

Jim Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly report and vouchers.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Register in Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s vouchers for March 2017 in the amount of $2114.70.  Motion Carried.

Jessica Dominguez appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s Monthly report and vouchers.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the Child Support Agency’s vouchers for March 2017 in the amount of $2467.33.  Motion Carried.

Carrie Wastlick appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers. 

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Lehman to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers for March 2017 in the amount of $24,576.03.  Motion Carried.


Leo Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and vouchers.  

Kriegl made a motion, second by Czuprynko to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s vouchers for March 2017 in the amount of $475.00.  Motion Carried.

Yvonne Neumann appeared to present the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and vouchers.

Lehman made a motion, second by Czuprynko to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers for March 2017 in the amount of $5208.51.  Motion Carried.

Czuprynko made a motion, second by Deitrich to adjourn.  Motion Carried.
