Chair Riek called the meeting to order and compliance with the open meeting law was verified.
Nominations were opened for election of Chair. Reppen nominated Riek. Dorner nominated Deitrich. Dorner made a motion to close nominations, second by Schell. Motion Carried. Vote was taken: 3 in favor of Riek, 2 in favor of Deitrich. Riek appointed Chair.
Nominations were opened for election of Vice Chair. Deitrich nominated by Reppen. No more nominations. Dorner made a motion for unanimous consent vote of Deitrich for Vice Chair, second by Reppen. Motion Carried. Deitrich appointed Vice Chair.
Nominations were opened for election of Secretary. Reppen nominated by Deitrich. No more nominations. Deitrich made a motion for unanimous consent vote of Reppen for Secretary, second by Dorner. Motion Carried. Reppen appointed Secretary.
No action taken on selection of meeting date and time. More discussion needed with law enforcement half of committee. Meeting for next month will be posted by Chair.
Reppen made a motion, second by Deitrich to adopt agenda. Motion Carried.
Dorner made a motion, second by Reppen, to adopt the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
No communications.
Deitrich made a motion, second by Reppen, to approve the Circuit Court’s vouchers in the amount of $518.00. Motion Carried.
Daniels appeared to present the Register in Probate’s monthly report and vouchers. Schell made a motion, second by Deitrich, to approve the Register in Probate’s vouchers in the amount of $2191.68. Motion Carried.
Olson appeared to present the Child Support Agency’s monthly report and vouchers. Deitrich made a motion, second by Dorner, to approve the Child Support Agency’s vouchers in the amount of $1459.31. Motion Carried.
Grill appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner’s monthly report and vouchers. Deitrich made a motion, second by Reppen to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s vouchers in the amount of $250.00. Motion Carried.
Wastlick appeared to present the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers. Dorner made a motion, second by Schell to approve the Clerk of Court’s vouchers in the amount of $27275.08. Motion Carried.
Neumann and Albrecht appeared to present the District Attorney’s monthly report and vouchers. Schell made a motion, second by Deitrich to approve the District Attorney’s vouchers in the amount of $21729.99. Motion Carried.
Deitrich made a motion, second by Dorner to adjourn. Motion Carried.
