Members Present:      Scott Von Asten, Carl Gruber, Jean Berlin, Shane Gibson, William Hambrecht
Others Present: Ian Crammond, Lisa Vodak, William Commings, John Miller, Tom Kriegl
 
1. Meeting called to order by Von Asten at 4:30 p.m. Compliance with Open Meeting Law was met.
2. Adopt Agenda:  Motion by Hambrecht , 2nd by Gruber  to adopt the Agenda.  Motion Carried
3. Adopt draft minutes of  August 1, 2019 meeting: Motion by Gruber to adopt the draft minutes, 2nd by Hambrecht. Motion Carried. 
4.    Public Comment: County Board Supervisor Miller was looking for information regarding the remodeling project that is part of the space needs study. He will follow up with Ian regarding his questions.
5.   Communications: Request by Living Hope Church to host a walk against Human Trafficing event on Courthouse Lawn. Motion by Gibson to approve the request, 2nd by Gruber. Motion Carried
 
6.       Business items
a. Treasurer’s Report- Elizabeth had two parcels that sold in August. Motion by Gruber to approve the sales, 2nd by Gibson. Motion Carried
b. Update and discussion of the Ad Hoc Parking Committee No update at this time. 
c. Update on Solar operations at the HCC and LEC- Ian discussed the Solar operations for the County and the production of Solar
7. Buildings, Communications/Towers & Landfill Updates (Ian Crammond) 
a.  Monthly Report-William discussed the monthly report with the Committee
b. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution to Upgrade the Courtroom Audio and Video systems and amend the Building Services Budget to allow this upgrade-Motion by Gruber to approve the Resolution to Upgrade to Courtroom Audio and Video systems and amend the Building Services Budget to allow this upgrade, 2nd by Gibson Motion Carried.
c. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2020 Building Services Budget  Motion by Gibson to edit LEC camera replacement line item to $70,000 from General Fund Balance, 2nd by Berlin. Motion Carried. Motion by Gruber to approve the 2020 Building Services Budget, 2nd by Hambrecht, Motion Carried
d. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2020 Landfill Budget Motion by Gibson to approve the 2020 Landfill Budget, 2nd by Gruber Motion Carried
e. Building Services Capital Projects Update- Ian discussed the Capital Projects with the committee
f. Review and Approval of Vouchers- Motion by Gruber to approve the vouchers in the amount of $154,376.70, 2nd by Gibson Motion Carried.

9. Next Meeting:  October 3, 2019 4:30pm
10.    Adjourn:  Motion to adjourn by Gibson , 2nd by Berlin.  Motion Carried
