Notice of a Joint Meeting of the Agriculture, Extension, LWC Committee of the Columbia County Board of Supervisors & UW-Extension Arts and Culture Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors

DATE / TIME:  Wednesday, August 15, 2018 / 1:00PM

PLACE:           Columbia County Administration Building, 112 E. Edgewater Street, Portage, Room 114

REASON FOR MEETING:        SPECIAL

There will be a joint meeting of the Agriculture, Extension, LWC Committee of the Columbia County Board of Supervisors and the UW-Extension Arts and Culture Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors.

SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law
2. Elect Chair of the joint meeting
3. Adopt Agenda
4. Discussion to determine program priorities of the Human Development Educator position, facilitated by Ruth Schriefer

*Call to Order Sauk County UW-Extension Arts and Culture Committee
*Consideration and Possible Approval of Outside Agency Requests – Wormfarm Institute
*Adjourn

The members of the Sauk County and Columbia County Boards of Supervisors may listen, gather information, and comment upon matters within the body’s realm of authority, but will not take any formal action.  See ex rel.
