Can we create a calendar which would be able to show multiple committees and multiple staff?

Currently, we just developed the ability to show all committees associated with your department to your calendar and sidebar which seem to be working this way.

I am not sure what you mean by multiple staff. Currently, anyone with rights to post to CJCC can post to the calendar. Please explain this idea so I can better answer this part of the question.
