Members Present: Jerry Strunz, Jared Pierce, Cathy Warwick, Dan Brattset, Judge Screnock, Leonie Dolch, Jay Englund

 

Members Absent: Peter Vedro, Elizabeth La Broscian

 

Others Present: Regina Baldwin

             

Call Meeting to Order:

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:35 p.m.

Adopt Agenda: Motion by Dolch, second by Englund to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

 

Minutes: Motion by Dolch, second by Englund to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Motion carried.

None

None

 

Update on Electronic Health Record and Mental Health Screening for the Jail – Cpt. Lange

Aiming for the beginning of February to have staff trained and system up and running.

 

NACO Stepping Up Question 2:

It was decided that we do not conduct timely enough screenings and assessments. Starting February 1, 2019 Jared will help set up follow-up care after release. It will be voluntary, so people may not show up.

 

Update about challenges/opportunities with housing and transportation for AJS participants

Tabled.
