The meeting was called to order at 11:55 and certification of Open Meeting compliance. Motion by Strunz, second by Lange to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Boesl, second by Lange, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried.

Program Transformation Key Decisions: Discussion focuses on key decisions including violent offenders, disqualifying criteria, SCRAM monitoring, and an alternative court schedule.
Name Change: J. Krueger presents a case to modify the name of the drug court and this subcommittee to be inclusive of all substances of abuse. Motion by Strunz, second by Lange to recommend the CJCC change the name of this program and subcommittee to “Sauk County Adult Treatment Court” and “Treatment Court Subcommittee”. Motion carried.
Policy Change: Discussion about disqualifying criteria, termination criteria, and sex offenders results in continued belief that we do not want to box ourselves into restrictions that later prove to be too restrictive. In the interest of continuing to look at cases on an individual basis we will keep our policy open. Additionally, J. Krueger will discuss options with DOC supervisors and present the context of that discussion at our next committee meeting.
Ongoing Discussion Growth/Capacity: Brief discussion on remaining efficient with our growing numbers. Alternative schedule may also provide some added efficiency.
