Members present:     Annette Kuhlmann, Kevin Calkins, William Orth, William Wenzel, Jeff Bindl, and Marty Krueger

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 4:00 P.M. Motion by Bindl, second by Wenzel to adopt agenda. Motion carried.

 

Public Comment: None.

 

Communications: None

Strategic Planning/Goal Setting:  Discussion on system mapping including the general history and specific goals, direction, and framework of information that is being sought.    Strategy for creation is determined as well as the working map concept.  Members discuss and agree that new players will need to be brought onboard at certain points in this process to gather more data. 

Next meeting and agenda items:

Discuss agency survey responses.
Assign task and deadline for mapping of each respective agency.
