6. Discussion and possible action on recommending to the CJCC that this group be named the “Sensitive Crimes Response Team.”
- Information learned from WCASA/EndAbuse, WI
7. Discussion and possible action on establishing a consistent date and time for this committee to meet.
8. Discussion, modification, and possible action on recommending a case review format to the CJCC.
- Distribution of sample forms, outcomes of conversations with Corp. Council, etc.
9. Begin discussion on scope of the committee – possibility of separate CCR and SA/DVRT – possible action on recommendation to CJCC.
10. Motion to convene to closed session for the purpose of discussing confidential information relating to the act of sexual assault or domestic violence against (a) specific person(s). Wis. Stat. § 950.01. Such session is further necessary, appropriate, and done with the legal authority as codified in Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(d) (considering strategy for crime detection or prevention); 19.85(1)(f) (considering medical, social or personal histories of specific persons or preliminary consideration of the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or involved in such investigations); 19.35(1)(am)2m (exempting disclosure of the actual address of a program participant pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 165.86); 146.82(2)(b) (restricting re-disclosure of medical information contained in records obtained pursuant to law); 48.78(2)(a) (restricting re-disclosure of information in records of child protective agency); and 48.396 (limiting disclosure of law enforcement records of children).

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 10:00 a.m. Motion by Spoentgen, second by Posewitz to adopt agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Spoentgen, second by Posewitz, to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Motion carried.
Public Comment:
Sorenson – Reports upcoming memo and child protection training in May.
Communications:
Spoentgen – Sauk County LE training is complete. The training focused on sexual assault responses and investigations, best practices and trauma-informed care.
Posewitz – Sauk County LE training went very well.
Sorenson – Previous Adult Protection Training went well and had good attendance; upcoming Child Protection Training is coming up in May
Regina – 2 staffing positions still need to be filled
Hoppe – Staffing updates and review of planned activities for Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Name and structure of Committee
Group agreed to keep the name of Coordinated Community Response.
Motion by Spoentgen, second by Posewitz to keep the name Coordinated Community Response.
Creation of 2 subcommittees, I-team and SART that will meet bi-monthly after CCR meeting. Motion by Spoentgen, second by Moffit to create two subcommittees, I-
Team and Sexual Assault Response Team.
Discussion on Consistent Date and Time:
Team set next meeting date for April 27th. After April 27th, committee will meet the last Wednesday of each month. Subcommittees will meet bi-monthly with the I-team meeting on even months and SART team meeting on odd months. CCR meetings will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., subcommittees will follow from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Motion by Spoentgen, second by Poarch.
Case Review format
Handouts provided by Spoentgen will be utilized during case reviews, upon approval by the CJCC. Group discussed few minor updates to forms.
Motion by Spoentgen to use forms as amended, second by Moffit.
